I booked some mobile parts on 11.07.2021 by order no. 3549250 on the maxbhi.com
since than it is about 9 days past there is no update of my order only site showing it is delayed (from 13.07.2021 this massage appears).
this is very surprising that I paid in advance and i didn't get the item to whom i paid.
Neither there customer care no. was picked up nor they allow to send mail. so finally u have no way to reach to the company.
If you cannot deliver it then refund me. As on your site no refund option was there.
Very shameful.

Updated by keshav13 Since 11.07.21 till date there is no update of my order. I paid for it in advance and they r not bothered.
I tried there no. Mail. But neither there phone picked up nor there mail replied. Even on there site i[censored] write to customer support portal it says not delivered due to pendemic. Now when while world is open they are posting videos on there you tube chennals but mail services stops.
Looks like it is a fraud site.

Updated by keshav13 They mentioned in this site that problem resolved. But reality is that order still not delivered. Plz do something or refund for me as no option for cancellation is there. Otherwise I m going to consumer court.
