[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — order rejected | |||
I tried to order oneplus back door case. The payment got rejected by maxbhi and it said it will be refunded. The product was actually available at the time of making payment. It's been more than two weeks now and i haven't got my amount refunded. The customer service in maxbhi is very bad and they just throw their words without knowing the actual details of the product/refund date. Never recommend shopping via maxbhi, as it takes around 12-15 days for refund, where i see there is no logic behind it. Was this information helpful? | |||
