We cannot initiate the refund request until and unless we get the request from your end. It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same. Well, as we came to know that you want refund for your order, we have initiated refund for your orders 303651. your refund request has been initiated to bank will be credited back shortly. Please let us know if we can be any further help to you regarding the same.
Also would like to request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved so that other user can also know the actual policies regarding the same
