[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — refund delay and malpractices | |||||
I placed order for new display screen of my phone on feb4 (Order no 786084) and they approved the order the same day. Item was in stock and same item was also in stock in gold colour also. As on 6th feb they cancelled my order and made that item out of stock. They refunded the money into their own e-wallet. It was of no use as they deliberately made the item on other colour also out of stock so that i couldn't use the money from their e-wallet. Now i have requested for refund to bank which is paytm. But they are taking 15 days just to refund money into another digital wallet. Was this information helpful? | |||||

For refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support chat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank which your had done, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. Still as its completely refunded from our-end by you shortly it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
