[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — refund for cancelled order 1994988 | |||
Ordered full body housing for obi worldphone sf1 (Code: et-housing[protected] on 8th nov but my order automatically got cancelled on 9th nov and 709 rs was transferred to maxbhi e wallet. Immediately i transferred this amount from e wallet to to my original payment mode. Icici bank only takes maximum 5 working days to process a transaction but even after 6 days my refund has not been posted to my credit card account. There is absolutely no customer support, no one picks phone or replies to mail. They are cheats. Was this information helpful? | |||
