[Resolved]  Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Refund money to paytm (through which I paid) instead of your e-wallet

My order no. is 403490. First you kept waiting me for 3-4 days for order status. Then my order was cancelled as you were unable to provide my product. till then it was ok. But now you refunded my money to your e wallet. I know companies refund to their wallet many times but they have an option to refund to bank or any other e wallet where payment came from. Please refund my 360 rs. to my paytm account asap.

As i can check your Order ID #403490 with maxbhi.com, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support chat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we received a confirmation for refund to bank we had already initiated your complete refund from our-end, shortly it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.

Orderb #392671 Item not received .it shows under process #2 .i placed order on 7 December please send this qurior urgently
It will be Good if You keep Cash on Delivery Option as N Number of Times Product is Out of Stock.If the product is out of Stock then Customer an click on another Product of same range as simple as that.But firstly the money get stuck and then there is no trust factor and it is Time-consuming as well for instance take an example of my order: #733021.The Product when I order is in stock and not order canceled due to out of stock neither i was able to use the same money to Buy another product so i have to wait till money come back in my account and reorder anything else.So take this comment as feedback. As there is no Competitor in market till yet start improving rather then cancelling order :(
