[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — regarding negligence on team part for not cancelling order and not refunding even after 2 days. | |||||
I made an order of yu yureka plus black back panel on 21st july. I sent them a mail to cancel my order soon since i didn't find an option to do so on their website. I tried several time in the evening on their customer support, nobody took the calls. I tried again on 22nd asking if it's black panel or white. He assured it is black. I got a call on 23rd morning saying the product is a white, i told them to cancel the order and refund me. I see no signs of refund so i call the customer number that afternoon again and made it sure i was clear i wanted to cancel the order. I was told it would be cleared by evening of 23rd. It's 24th july evening as i write this, the shipping process is going on and there is no refund made till now. The customer care is not picking calls most of the time. Jul 28, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They have forwarded the request to transfer the money back to my account. The seems to be resolved. Very slow response though. I was left dangling around without my cash or product for over 7 days. Today i received the call back regarding it after i posted the complaint here. I called them again on 25th july 2018. The customer care guy told me it has already been shipped and that he can't cancel it now. They didn't pick my calls till 25th july. It seems to be a strategy played here. He assured it would be black back lid for YU Yureka but i highly doubt it will be.I am writing this as on 28th July 2018. I lost my 339 rupees paid via debit card. Please don't fall for this trashy website.
