[Resolved]  Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Samsung Wave S8500 LCD

I have ordered Samsung wave S8500 lcd on[protected] through order no.-435087, which they have cancelled on account of non-availability. They have credited my maxbhi account with the same amount. After that i have asked for refund of money into my account, then they called up that the product is now available and will be couriered which they did by Order no.-442299. I have received this order on[protected] but the product is complete fake, it does not fit into my mobile. It is bigger than my original lcd and i have mailed to customer care same day, they reverted by Request no.-155277 on[protected] and assured it will be resolved in 72 hours. But till date neither i got call nor i received any mail assurance.

I have returned this product on[protected] but still waiting for my refund into my account. No revert received against my refund request mail for the past six days. Certainly Poor management. Unless you don't post in this forum, you won't get revert..
