[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — they are cheating customers by selling inappropriate products. | |||
On[protected] i ordered a gionee elife s5.1 back panel vide order no #1335929 from maxbhi.com. On[protected] i received the item. After receiving the item i noticed that the flashlight glass cover is missing in the back panel. I immediately placed a replacement request. They declined the request. Without flashlight glass cover the product is useless. Hence i contacted the customer service center for return, but they are telling return is not possible as per company policy. At the time of purchasing if they told me that return isn't possible, i would never have purchased from their website. They are cheating innocent customers by declining returns from customers. The product which you have ordered has been delivered according to your order which is correct and compatible. I would like to inform you that flashlight glass cover does not come with back panel cover. Please do let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
