Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — They delivered wrong product and now not returning back

I had ordered the touch Touch Screen Digitizer for Lenovo Tab 4 10 X304L - Black, but they sent the wrong item the delivered digitizer is too small for Tab i checked thrice the model no is exactly same as for what i ordered so i placed replacement request .(Replacement Information #35720 (18/06/2021, 10:50 PM)). but they now giving silly excuses """"""***********Dear Sunny

We have still not received any response from you regarding the additional images which are required to process your request for product replacement. Further, We provide you 10 Days Testing Replacement Warranty (Warranty is for testing the product for manufacturing defects only. Warranty expires as soon as the product is used or installed). As we can check your order delivered on 18/06/2021 from our side. Therefore your product warranty has been already lapsed on 8 July warranty extended due to lock down. i had registered complaint just after i got the product and they delayed in reply .just asking for more photos every time. after 7 days they simply said ### off warranty expired now we don't give anything keep what we sent.

although i had uploaded sufficent images.to solidfy my issues but they now simply refusing on behalf of silly excuses.

i regret shopping with them, please do something to get my money back from them.

they either send right product or issue refund as the delivered product is useless to me and was in exactly same situation as delivered packed is original packing.
