I totally frustrated and wrote a email to mr. Naman agarwal who is the founder of this maxbhi regarding product canceled without any intimation. I waited for 2 months for the above order. But it was cancelled as simply reason stating seller doesn't have the product. If you have the order why you kept in maxbhi. I want complete rca for this. As complete refund is already initiated from our-end by you shortly it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.

Kya kahi maine maxbhi.com se shopping karke Koi Galti to nahin karti Kyunki Mere order ko yah kah Rahe Hain Ki mangalwar ka aapko deliver kar diya Jaega per mere ko abhi tak unke dwara tracking id Nahin provide ki Gai aur na hi unke customer care per call kar rahe hain na to vahan se response mil raha hai aur call back ki request dal rahe tab bhi due toh girana ka message show kar raha hai.
