[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — wrong representation of product on site | |||||
This is related to order number 572960. It's been a month since i am struggling with this order. These frauds there sent me a cheap local otg saying it's compatible with my phone model when in reality it's not. Then after 20 days of struggle they agreed to replace my product but only if i send the product back to them at my own expense. These frauds think that the customers are bloody # who will bear with all their crap! I have a clear call recording of my conversation with their customer service representative where he has accepted that they have displayed the product saying that it's compatible with my phone model. Now i want them to either replace the product with a proper one at their own courier expenses or simply refund my money back to my paytm wallet!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
