[Resolved] MaxLife — Closure of policy | |||
Hi, I have been trying to followup with MaxLife for the last 2-3 months. All my requests are not addressed. Sending them emails is a waste of time as there is poor communication between their executives. inspite of repeated telling them that I am out of India and cannot be reached on my Indian number they keep on calling my Indian number inspite of sending my international number in email. My Relationship Manager and Speed dial partner dont respond. The response i get on email doesnt even consider the text I have written in the email. If I call their customer care center they dont give me any details saying i am not calling from my registered number. Their online system doesnt work as expected. Like I am unable to update the NEFT details and they sent me a form to do so and when I answered that I dont have a printer they just ignored that message and sent the same message again. I am tired and want to close this policy to which they say I have to visit their branch and there is no other way. In this pandemic where I cant visit India how can i visit their branch?
