MBMT — I am complaining about the shortage of bus services from Bhayandar to Thane route

I would like to bring to your attention the extremely low frequency of MBMT buses operating on the Bhayandar West to Thane Station route.
Today, I was waiting for a bus at the Sainath bus stop from 2:50 PM to 4:10 PM, and during this entire period, not a single MBMT bus was available on this route. This caused significant inconvenience, especially for commuters like me who rely solely on public transport.
I request you to kindly look into the issue and ensure more frequent and reliable service on this route, particularly during afternoon and evening hours.
