Mca Scholarship Not Refunded — scholarship amount was not refunded

Respected sir,
I am shrikant c. Hurpade, student of bharati vidyapeeth inst. Of mang. And info. Tech. Belapur, navi mumbai dist. Thane.. Sir, i completed my mca in[protected] year span and i belongs to obc. Accourding to gov. Scholership scheme, i should have redunded 90, 000 from my 2 years of paid fees, but after 2 years, still i didn't got the money back, i asked my college office person, he told that, there is not enough fund, but the students who are currently doing their education are getting their scholerships, just for us 2014-16 batch students, they have no fund?
