Sir in mcent browser i tried to recharge but it does not occuring and aloso does not showing in transfer history.I am trying this atleast for 3to 4 day but it only showing that "please wait some time . Confirmation time may vary depending on operator." But recharge does not occur.
I requesting to you that please solve my problem because i completed many point in mcent with may hardwork .
So please do not let lost my trust to mcent browser.

I have around 7, 47, 531 points in my mcent browser but i am not able to use these points because whenever i try to recharge from mcent point balance it shows recharge is on its way but it didn't. I am trying to recharge from my mcent points from last 2 days but i failed everytime. Whenever i am trying to initiate a recharge in my account using my points it shows that your recharge is on its way but neither my points get deducted nor my recharge happens.

I had done a recharge of my jio number
On 22/10/18 worth 150000 mcent point. Point is deducted from my credited mcent point but recharge is not done. It is swoing ' recharge received ' in my mcent browser activity option till now though i do not get any kind of recharge confirmation message from my airtel no. Then i called airtel customer service, they said any kind of recharge request is not received in my airtel no. No what i will do???...

I think you guys get a lot of these complaints. I tried recharging my jio number last night with the mcent points i had of ₹ 51. The balance was obviously deducted from the mcent points, but i did not receive any recharge. I did receive a text from jio stating that the recharge was unsuccessful.

Am i going to get those ₹ 51 back? This has happened to me one or two times before, and i guess i was hoping that at least by now the issue would've been resolved. Please look into this.

Ps - i tried sending them the exact same message through their help and feedback link on the browser, but it kept showing up an error saying the system thinks its a spam! In spite of verifying capta and everything.

Since long i am using mcent browser and tried once for top up recharge it was done. Therafter i collected some more points through browsing but after going for top up recharge my specified phone nos. Not been top up processing. It is failed in spite of repeated clicking. Now please look into it and enable top up recharge so that i could continue with browsing. Thanks.

Dear mcent,
Last day, i was using mcent browser and surfing some stuffs, and i saw mcent referal link which gives +25000 points when my friends install it for a first time. I tried it, i shared my referal link to my friend he installed it, registered it, and used for some time, i'd expected that mcent will give me my +25000 points for my genuine referal, but cheater mcent didn't give my any points fake browser.. I uninstalled it # browser. Also humble request to mcent please turn off your cheating scheme to your users it's better for your browser and company.
Either give referal points to your users or turn off this # points scheme. It would be better than this. Thanks.

My account still have 7.94 point but you only do to my last complain is mark it as resolve.

I top up 33, 000+points but converted it only into 6.67 pesos
And i top up again my earn points total of 1000+ but atill converted it only into 0.21 centavos.

You only do to my complain last night is makt it resolve but in reallity it's not.

Please get back the points i earn..
Its not pair in the last version of mcent apps. Is 1000points equevalent to 1peso but now in the latest version 1000point equal to 0.21centavos

Please resole it by doing an action not only mark my complain as resolve.

I am a frequent user of mcent browser.
It worked really fine and i enjoyed using it.

But it seems to have some issues, like the points don't increase. I could be using the browser the whole day just to know that only an amount of 100 points are merely collected.
Moreover today i recharged my number but it has not been credited to my number.
I am in need of the recharge urgently.

Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest.

From yesterday to till today...i have shared mcent for 4 persons...but I didnt get the reward points...as u mentioned in ur app ...so please fullfill me those points to ma account...i[censored] not fullfill means...ill never share mcent...nd also im never use mcent ...ill uninstall this app...i also tell others about this issue...
