I'm not able to proceed a recharge with my recharge points. I have a lot of recharge points for recharge. But not able to proceed a recharge. I refer my all friends to get these points. But now i'm not able to redeem it. Please help me out. I'm not able to proceed a recharge with my recharge points. This is really important for me to get an answer. Why this recharge not proceed. Why i'm not able to proceed a recharge....

I have around 1, 100, 000 points in my mcent browser but i am not able to use these points because whenever i try to recharge from mcent point balance it shows recharge is on its way but it didn't. I am trying to recharge from my mcent points from last 2 days but i failed everytime. And whenever i try to give feedback to your team it doesn't accept my feedback and shows me spam...

Whenever i am trying to initiate a recharge in my account using my points it shows that your recharge is on its way but neither my points get deducted nor my recharge happens.

I think you guys get a lot of these complaints. I tried recharging my jio number last night with the mcent points i had of ₹ 51. The balance was obviously deducted from the mcent points, but i did not receive any recharge. I did receive a text from jio stating that the recharge was unsuccessful.

Am i going to get those ₹ 51 back? This has happened to me one or two times before, and i guess i was hoping that at least by...

Since long i am using mcent browser and tried once for top up recharge it was done. Therafter i collected some more points through browsing but after going for top up recharge my specified phone nos. Not been top up processing. It is failed in spite of repeated clicking. Now please look into it and enable top up recharge so that i could continue with browsing. Thanks....

Last day, i was using mcent browser and surfing some stuffs, and i saw mcent referal link which gives +25000 points when my friends install it for a first time. I tried it, i shared my referal link to my friend he installed it, registered it, and used for some time, i'd expected that mcent will give me my +25000 points for my genuine referal, but cheater mcent didn't give my any points fake browser.. I uninstalled...

I have referred my 3-4 friends through my refer id... They installed it first time and created accounts with my referred id and they are new users... Yet i haven't got my refer points... Please help me in this matter... Otherwise i have to lose 25000 points for each friends who joined with my refer id... I haven't think that mcent can do this type of inconveniences to me.. Hi i have done the recharge of 100 rs but i haven't received any credit in my mobile account and my mcent balance on my 2 mobile numbers of rs. 100 each have been deducted.

Also, i have referred 2 friends, but i haven't received any referral credit in my mcent balance. Please look into it and resolve this issue or else will uninstall the browser....

My account still have 7.94 point but you only do to my last complain is mark it as resolve.

I top up 33, 000+points but converted it only into 6.67 pesos
And i top up again my earn points total of 1000+ but atill converted it only into 0.21 centavos.

You only do to my complain last night is makt it resolve but in reallity it's not.

I am not receiving my mcent points from registered nd installed friends nd family they ar using mcent that they got from my shared link nd I did not get the points my number is [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com resolve this pls the South African face book support arnt helping me in fact they were rude nd of no help then they blocked me so I'm really at my wits end I just want my points u have my details pls sort this problem out...

I've been referring links (One to unique link to every friend) to my friends these past few days. However, after they've downloaded the app through my invite, i didn't recieve any referral point back. Why is it like that? It's been too many times already. I'm losing hope for referring again.

I am a frequent user of mcent browser.
It worked really fine and i enjoyed using it.

But it seems to have some issues, like the points don't increase. I could be using the browser the whole day just to know that only an amount of 100 points are merely collected.
Moreover today i recharged my number but it has not been credited to my number.
I am in need of the recharge urgently.
