Hello sir, iam using this mcent since 8 months my registered number is [protected] im a student i proud of my self that i am not asking my parents for my mobile recharge. Today by mistakely i have recharged my number with 399 pack please cancel it and give me back my points so that i can recharge for 449 pack please help mr out sir.

It's really disgusting now
First time recharge also had same issues
I had enough points but none offer was showing done except the 28 days plan.
Now the same 28 days plan too is not working with each else.
This is my 2nd recharge I'm trying and my 6th review for support as I've been contacting the support centre but yet no response arrives

You are request my me. Their is no recharge has been made from my mcent account. I want to made at least one transaction from my account. So please add some points to my mcent account. It is too difficult situation for me because very less amount of coins is receiving so, it is not posible to recharge free.

Hello sir,

I have requested to recharge my mobile no 91-[protected] on 28th nov 2018 for rs. 198 plan. Points deducted but mobile has been not recharged until now.in mcent app there is no space for complaints. I tried to mail my concern to mention company through help column but not successfully posted to company's site. Mcent has not provided any helpline email. Why my mobile no has been not recharged until now? Please resolve my issue.

I recharged my idea sim by mcent browser. After some time the mcent browser showes recharge received. But i didn't get any messages related with it from the service provider (Idea). I waited lot of time but i didn't get the recharge. I think it should be the mistake from mcent. They are responsible to refill the points or to make the recharge success. Pls give me a solution.

I recharged my Jio sim by mcent browser. After some time the mcent browser showes recharge received. But i didn't get any messages related with it from the service provider (Jio). I have referred my 10 -11 friends through my refer id... They installed it first time and created accounts with my referred id and they are new users... Yet i haven't got my refer points... My point doesn't increase properly, therefore my 50% offer was end and now it's 25% but point are not increasing. Even i used mcent daily, and do everything which i could do from chrome or elsewhere but my point not increasing that's why i am not able to recharge. I heard from my friends that in mcent points are increasing about 5000 to 6000, and i get only 700 or 1500 or 1700 or 2000 etc. P lease help me in this regard.
