MCUPOS — Fraud transaction from my account through MCUPOS

All, Today I found Rs. 3100 transaction from my debit card using the MCUPOS where my card was with me and I did not receive any OTP as well. How can someone allow this transaction. Moreover message is that its used by Google, I have not purchased anything from google. I request a refund of 3100 to me. It is done for my debit card from leading card provider.
