[Resolved]  MCUPOS — rEGARDING REVERSAL OF AMOUNT Rs.110.00

I made a recharge on 05march 2013 amounted Rs.110.00 to my Tata Indicom Cell# [protected], my A/C has been debited by the same amount but my phone not got recharged. For this I call thrice in bank for refund but they just ask me to wait for days and days.

I called today(12 march 2013) to bank and they told me that the merchant has been succefully got my money and I need to call them for refund, so please help me out as I spend more than Rs30.00 on call for the refund of Rs110.00.

And please let me know the status asap to my cell# [protected].
