Hi,
I, abhishek arun mankame, am filingthis complaint for a insurance claim towards mdindia which was closed without intimation.
My dad was hospitalized at mgm hospital for a shoulder injury. Total bill was for 3lacs plus. Star insurance cleared the claims as part of cashless treatment for 1.7 lacs. As informed by the claims person in hospital, we submitted the file with all documents to md india. All documents were duly signed by my dad and couriered to mdindia claims department.
Same was communicated to them on mail. Star insurance settlement letter with pay details was also shared to them on mail. Still they have closed the file without any prior intimation and have not maid the payments to my parents.
This is been going on since last 4 months. There has not been a proper response from this company till date.
My parents are both retiredd and this funds help them with living.
