Claim against ipd for my father an ex employee of sail under min 3201674 is pending for over 3 months.

My father mr. V j b namboodiri was hospitalized from 26th sep to 27th sep'18 and we had intimated md india as per their policy. There upon we have submitted all papers as requested (Except a discharge card highlighting admission and discharge time, claim form duly signed by insured person). Reason for these was mailed on 3 occasions but failed to get an answer for this.

    I am a employee of Central bank of India having employee no 116471 and MD id no MDI5-[protected], My dependent was admitted on 02/09/2018 at Dr P k Saha hospital pvt ltd, thought it is a network hospital but not provide cashless facility, then Rs 24950/- paid by us, all relevant documents submitted on 25/09/2018 but till date claim not settled and not reimbursed my account. Kindly look into the matter

      Hello everyone,
      My name is nandkumar jagnath parab.
      I am policy holder o[censored]nited india insurance company.
      My policy number is [protected]p[protected].
      Md india is tpa for policy.
      On 27 august 2018 i had cataract operation.
      Total cost of the operation was 37922 rupess.
      On 11 september 2018 after all the documentation the claim amount was settled for rupess 25, 000
      However amount is not credit to my account from last three months.
      I have called to customer care of md india many times but every time i get the same answer that "we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, and wait for another 7 days.
      Now i got really frustrated because i have to do cataract operation of my right eye.

      Please help me to get my money back.

            Respected sir,
            I am m. L. Chandrawanshi (Min no[protected] retired officer from sail bhilai steel plant, i went through cataract operation of my right eye. I was unable to inform before operation, i have paid 30000 rs cash to the sai baba eye hospital. Submitted all the documents as per required. Apparently from your office they are telling me that doctor should give the bill as per their requirement. How come a 71 years old man can tel a doctor to make bill in this or that order.
            I feel sad when there is so disbelieving and resistance for clearing my claim.

                      I have paid premium to the company by debit of my account with Central bank of India, of which I am an ex staff . I submitted claims of my wife on 13.11.17 with all necessary information and bills to Central bank Regional Office Varanasi (as we have to submit documents through our bank as per agreement), which was collected by company's personnel on 27.112017.
                      Now my claim is returned to me after six and half months with remarks"Beneficiary claimant is not enrolled " I am surprised to see the remarks as it took seven months to decide the case to be returned by the service provider, whereas I have continuously followed up the case with customer care through repeated mails from Jan 18 to till date.
                      Please make my claim reimbursement with the company.

                      I have paid insurance premium to above company in September/october 2017. Due to cataract operation of my wife I submitted my claim form with necessary documents for Rs.57255/- to health insurance company, through central bank of india regional office varanasi, of which I am an ex officer. (As per contract we can't send documents directly). The said claim form was received by company's personel on 27.11.2017 .
                      I have continuously perused for my payment from the company from jan 2018 till date, but the company haa now returned my claim after seven months with the remark that *Beneficiary claimant is not enrolled*
                      As I have given premium to MDIndia by debiting my bank account, company is compelled to make my reimbursement and if it was not, why my claim was not returned well in time. Why it took seven months time.

                          But your office had deducted rs.15000.
                          With argument that assistant surgen is not allowed insuch case..

                              But i have not received the payment till date.

                                I member of corporate insurance policy of APGVBank preferred claim and was settled by you one month back. For unknown reasons still it is not credited to my ac though I replied no of repeated queries by its customer care staff . My Ccn nos are MDI 3693390 and 3693409. Employee Id MDI5-[protected]. They reply very politely with regrets and apologies and repeatedly ask ID no and CCN numbers. Still now I patiently replied.

                                  R/sir i kuldeep singh is an employ of central bank of india. My wife had sever backache on 23/9/17 for which she was admitted for 2 days. And treated with anti inflammatory drugs and physiotherapy. I have submitted claim for that on 20.10.17. It is still pending in want of additional documents asked by company. Whereas all the documents were submitted in original. Requested documents are irrelevant i. E. Preoperative/ anesthesia report etc which is required only for surgery/operation. Internal case paper, referral paper etc which i have already clarified that hospital is run by single hospital hospital and all required information is mentioned in medical case sheet and discharge summary.

                                    Hi,

                                    I, abhishek arun mankame, am filingthis complaint for a insurance claim towards mdindia which was closed without intimation.

                                    My dad was hospitalized at mgm hospital for a shoulder injury. Total bill was for 3lacs plus. Star insurance cleared the claims as part of cashless treatment for 1.7 lacs. As informed by the claims person in hospital, we submitted the file with all documents to md india. All documents were duly signed by my dad and couriered to mdindia claims department.

                                    Same was communicated to them on mail. Star insurance settlement letter with pay details was also shared to them on mail. Still they have closed the file without any prior intimation and have not maid the payments to my parents.

                                    This is been going on since last 4 months. There has not been a proper response from this company till date.

                                    My parents are both retiredd and this funds help them with living.

                                    Request to please support.

                                        Reimbursement claim no mdi3759839. I submitted claim of two min 13802232 &13802233. For rs.4035 & 4012.50 on 18/12/2017. The claim is for the member and his spouse. Totally 8 papers were submitted. 2 claim forms, 3 prescriptions, 2 medicines purchase receipts and one photo copy of the cheque of the sb a/c to which the money to be transferred.
                                        But every time only one claim is being mentioned. Since the second was of my spouse i thought it would be covered automatically.
                                        But in the message received at 2.04am only the amount of rs.4035 is mentioned. The other one of rs.4012.50 of my spouse sudha sureshchandra has not been mentioned.
                                        Kindly process both the claims and reimburse the amount by transfering it to my account sb a/c [protected] of sbi with the ifsc code sbin0016223.

                                        The above claim is settled on 15 jan 2018 but i have not received payment. Every time i call to customer care they answer that within couple of days i receive payment.
