But i have not received the payment till date.

I member of corporate insurance policy of APGVBank preferred claim and was settled by you one month back. For unknown reasons still it is not credited to my ac though I replied no of repeated queries by its customer care staff . My Ccn nos are MDI 3693390 and 3693409. Employee Id MDI5-[protected].
