Mdindia Healthcare Services — still claim amount is not approve

My name is mansi trivedi i am hdfc life employee i have tpa health insurance with mdindia ccn mdi3597308. This claim is maternity claim

I am followup since last 4 month but there is not a single reply. And so many time to call to customer care and mail but they are always told me that there is pending from oriental insurance not from my side.
When i called to oriental insurance customer care they told me once to talk with mdindia tell them kindly send me approval mail once i will apporve claim amount.

I am suffering the same kindly help me on same.
