Hi This is vineesh . I purchased a sandal for my boy with price of 549 Rupees which includes cost of shipping. The item was returned because of wrong item deliver by them and same was recieved by them on 27th july. They agreed to provide refund within 7 days. But still no response from them . This is clear cheating to a costumer . Even though it is 549 rupees I need it with compensation

Updated by anjalivijayan Recent message from company as attached . The amount should be 549 which includes 100 rupees of paid, but here message shows refund 449.The refund shall includes delivery charge also. But here it is not mentioned . so complete 549 rupees sgall be refunded
