This is refers to complain against Non- Delivery of Courier through “ME N MOMS” AWB No. [protected]”.
I had placed order for 02 products from MeNMoms official website on 12/10/2024 and full payment was done for both products. Since then I was notified through official website of MeNMoms, that the order will be delivered through “Blue Dart” courier with AWB No [protected]”.
But after few days when I tried to track my order from “Blue Dart” website using AWB NO [protected] : https://www.bluedart.com/
I found that order is not getting processed only since 12/10/2024 till date. The order is not getting shipped and everytime pickup is getting cancelled by call from “Gurgaon Cpc” because MeNMoms are not providing products to courier service.
Hence current status of the package is Pickup Cancelled By Call since 15 Oct 2024 till date. This is very bad service as I am not even informed about this big delay in delivery of my order. The order is not getting processed from Pickup Cancelled By Call status further since 15/10/2024 till date.
I have attached below ShipmentDetails, Status, Map details for your reference.
I have tried calling Customer Care Call Centre No. of “Blue Dart” many times but I am unable to reach out to the support team. On the official Blue Dart website, on TrackDart: Tracking Details page I have sent written concern to you but there is no response from your side.
Kindly respond to my query and contact me from details of AWB NO asap. If the order cannot be fulfilled by MeNMoms, kindly arrange for full refund to me in “MeNMoms” urgently.

Order No: 25960291 booked 5 packets of wet wipes for baby with advance payment.

Booked and paid in advanced on 10th September 22 but till date no material received and further absolutely no response towords our communication and complaint. This is unfair and irresponsible as these things are ordered for little kids and non supply and irresponsible attitude is sarcastic and very much arrogant indeed. Customer care number in Mumbai office never responds and in evening shows out of reach. Such company should be punished before they dare to move towords big blunder for customer.

Regarding order 24580067, the Baby Carry Nest Sleeping Bag & Mattress is NOT delivered yet. It's been more than 10 days
The tracking # provided is incorrect. When I use the tracking on expressbees website, it says NOT FOUND.

I tried reaching to customer support multiple times, either they don't respond at all or provide a very stupid answer.

This is cheating customer by taking money and not fulfilling the order.

I have ordered two dresses from ‘me n moms’ which was 1398. I have received only one dress. When I tracked order right after 2days of ordering it showed me one item is in transit the other one as “refund initiated”. I received the dress which was in transit but it has been almost 20days since the refund was initiated I didn’t get any update regarding the same. There’s no response from their customer service. Very poor response. I’ve been calling, mailing also texting them almost everyday but no response. These kind of sites must be banned looting money from public. Being a famous e-commerce site I never expect such neglected behaviour from them. Please try to help me get my 699 rupees back.

Hi This is vineesh . I purchased a sandal for my boy with price of 549 Rupees which includes cost of shipping. The item was returned because of wrong item deliver by them and same was recieved by them on 27th july. They agreed to provide refund within 7 days. But still no response from them . This is clear cheating to a costumer . Even though it is 549 rupees I need it with compensation
