The tracking # provided is incorrect. When I use the tracking on expressbees website, it says NOT FOUND.

I tried reaching to customer support multiple times, either they don't respond at all or provide a very stupid answer.

This is cheating customer by taking money and not fulfilling...

Hi This is vineesh . I purchased a sandal for my boy with price of 549 Rupees which includes cost of shipping. The item was returned because of wrong item deliver by them and same was recieved by them on 27th july. They agreed to provide refund within 7 days. But still no response from them . This is clear cheating to a costumer . Even though it is 549 rupees I need it with compensation...
