I have ordered two dresses from ‘me n moms’ which was 1398. I have received only one dress. When I tracked order right after 2days of ordering it showed me one item is in transit the other one as “refund initiated”. I received the dress which was in transit but it has been almost 20days since the refund was initiated I didn’t get any update regarding the same. There’s no response from their customer service. Very poor response. I’ve been calling, mailing also texting them almost everyday but no response. These kind of sites must be banned looting money from public. Being a famous e-commerce site I never expect such neglected behaviour from them. Please try to help me get my 699 rupees back. Was this information helpful? |
