I booked for floraware green colour multi fruit and vegitables nicer dicer plus. on 02/04/2016. order number #[protected]. in MEBELKART. online shoping site, but still now i did nt get my items, i called two times and i enquired but they telling me irresponsible answer, one man told its already delivered to your address because that address is gujarath, but i gave the address of karnataka, how its went to gujarath. i want my item.

    I had ordered one wardrobe from mebelkart store on 16.03.2016 which got cancelled on 31.03.2016 by merchant's end due to non availability of product. Inspite of regular follow up with customer care through mail my money has not yet been refunded. It's been one month since my order got cancelled.       Online fraud, no delivery, payment not refunded

      Its been 20 days, they have not delivered my product.
      I have written many email, called on customer support, but no one responding properly.

      They are not talking about refunding my money.

      For all new customer, I just want to inform that Mebelkart is a complete fraud.
      Please be carefull.br...

      I ordered a tv unit through mebelkart against order no od[protected] as on 3/04/16 costing rs 6291/-. After 10 days i recd call from mebelkart and saying order has been cancelled.

      No refund of the amount paid has been initiated till today 30th apr16.
      My repeated calls and mail to customer care failed to get my refund too. When i ask for the refund there is no response from the mebelkart call centre apart from asking me to wait 8 to 10 working days always on my every call.
      I had very very bad experience with the first time experience at mebelkart.

        They failed to fix legs of sofa cum bed . They supplied it and it was written to fix it free of cost but they failed inspite of my call. They demanded 560/INR for it. It was supplied on my pincode.Then he should afix it /assemble it free of cost at my place.
        Secondly they failed to supply my order dated 21/3/2016 OD[protected] and cancelled on 30/4/2016
        There services are not good

          There's no update on subjected delivery. Customer care always saying that order was not accepted by vendor at first, then is accepted by vendor now and shall be dispatched by 26-28 April'16.

          Today, they said - it's under processing - even they don't know what that means.

          Although, he was eager to cancel the order on my behalf.

          I don't understand what mebelkart is trying to do at the very inception of the brand, but its certainly not a terrible customer experience this far.

            I ordered Orbit Pedestal Fan and got delivered by April 3rd 2016.
            The rod where the upper part of fan is to be landed was defective.
            Uploaded images and didn't get any response.
            After waiting long in customer care number hold..They said to again attach images still.I did.
            One day they said they have initiated the return pickup.So I packed everything.
            The other day they said seller doesn't accept the request and they informed cannot be returned.
            Wait...Its not over..Again the next day they told have initiated the pickup.Still no response for collecting the product.
            I have become mad from all this issue.
            They should say whether they will do or not.Not to create a confusion.

              I purchased a washing machine, order id od[protected] from mebelkart on 17/04/16, but even after creating an account, whenever i was trying to go on link for delivery status, link showed me a message that i am not not authorised for this information. So i tried wrote to mebelkart and they replied delivery is delayed by 7-10 working days due to some logistics issue at their end so am i not able to see update (After that also it will take 7 working days to reach me). Then i requested to cancel my order as such delay was unforeseen. To my surprise even after 2-3 days no reply came,

              Then i called up at their customer care number[protected] and spoke to an executive madhu, she told me that it is delayed but if i request to cancel they will deduct 5% because as per her system it will reach by 29th april. I told her to connect me with a superior to understand why i should pay for delay caused by them or wait till 29th to cancel when you have mentioned it is going to take 14-17 working days in writing, but she said all her having lunch at 2:30 pm, so she'll arrange a call back, no call back came. I wrote twice to their email address [protected]@mebelkart.com to understand cancellation policy, but no reply came. Then i again submitted a complaint on their website, still no action.

              This is so far worse experience where the moment you take about cancellation the company stops answering to your query.

                  #49277 # [protected]/37728 : receive broken product

                  We received a courier from mebelkart with this order id [protected]/37728 and we found the product totally broken. Its the vintage wall clock with glass over the top and the glass was totally broken.

                  We didnt unpack it fully and from the transparent sheet we found that the glass was broken. Sharing you the photos of the same as attached.

                  The product was already returned but its being more then 30 days that we didnt receive our money back.

                  I request you to please take immediate actions towards them.

                      I have been ordered a ‘Surya flame gas stove’ for Rs.1799.00 on march 20th 2016 in MebelKart. Order number [protected]. They have canceled the order sending an email (23 March 2016)saying they can’t process the order due to logistic issue. I had a chat with them through their live chat option and MebelKart has been promised that the amount will be credited to my account within 5 or 6 working days. Many days I waited for the amount to be credited in my account but refund has not been done. I also e-mailed MebelKart on the same matter on 11th April and every time I get the same answer that the amount will be credited to your account within 5-6 working days. Again I mailed them on 18th April and replied that the refund has been done on 1st April!!. But they have not given me any bank details or statement of transfer or anything like that. I haven’t received a single penny from MebelKart till now.What should I do, please help and guide me.

                        I have reached out multiple times to Mebelkart customer care regarding an order. One product out of 2 was NOT delivered. Every time I reach out to check the order status, they just create a new ticket and there is no proper update of whether the refund will be made or the product to be delivered. Its been more than 2 months now and its stand still and absolutely no commitment and quality service from them.

                          I had ordered sofa to mebelkart through online order no. #od[protected] placed on 4/03/2016 19:55:00. The date of delivery was 30th march 2016. Ever since then i am chasing them. None is replying to the mails. In their char no concrete date of delivery is given. Every time they say that the product will be delivered next week.                               I have ordered a new bosco compressed wood wall unit wenge by household company form #mebelkart website on 27th march 2016 and give surety delivery on before 10th april. My order no. Is - [protected] at the time of payment option they i choose cod then suddenly they ask me to do partially payment and rest at the time of delivery actual cost is - 14663 and i paid 5665 rs via my union bank debit card. Next day i got call from mebelkart executive anubhav - [protected] for confirmation and he said it will be ready for shipped with 1-2 days. When 1 week passed their no update regarding shipping i called customer care a per name jyoti told that their delay from vendor side so it will be shipped in next two days after passing 5 days i again called and they give me another stupid reason that vendor is not our phone. I just simply said that please cancelled my order that per person name is sunil he agreed and put it on cancellation request and said that i will be got cancellation mail with in 15 min. After passing 1 hour i didn't get any mail then i continuously call on the customer care but nobody picking my phone and continuously said all executive are busy and then disconnected. I dont want loose my money or other people money who face same problem like mine. Or save other for future please do somthing

                                  I had been posted a complaint against the company mebelkart on 30th of march through this consumer complaint forum. The complaint id is 1256793.
                                  I received a mail from mebelkart support team as my refund of rs.12600 would be credited to my account after 7 to 9 days. But i did not get my refund. I further given a reminder to them and got the reply of refunding the amount with in 2 to 3 days. After all this still i am in the dark not getting my money back into my account. Kindly do the needful to get my money and please stop further advertisements from the company still running through facebook and websites to misguide the public people.
