This is in reference to the Consumer Complaint dated 21/07/17 regarding the issue raised by our Customer Ms. Archana Ravi on Tax Calculation.
We understand the concern raised by our Customer, we wish to address the queries as follows:
1. The Sales Staff who has attended the Customer (Ms. Archana Ravi) is a new employee and he is not completely aware of the GST calculation details. Hence the confusion has aroused and we regret for the inconvenience caused.
2. However our other Showroom’s had the complete knowledge about the GST Calculation and also gave the accurate details during enquiry call made by the Customer.
3. The problem was that the customer has insisted us to deliver the product without raising the bill as he is ready to pay the cash and did not want us to charge the GST. For which, we have informed that any product delivery can happen post raising the proper bill only with the GST.
4. Also, our Showroom Manager has spoken to the Customer on 17-Jul-17 and explained the above details. To that discussion, customer has taken a days’ time to respond back.
5. However, we had not received any response from him and again we tried calling the customer for the next 2 consecutive days. But we were unable to reach him.
6. Later on 21-Jul-17, Customer has again contacted our Showroom Manager and was asking for the Refund.
7. Please note that we had received only the advance payment of Rs. 2000/- in cash against the purchase he has made (RY/0275/17-18) and we were ready to Refund the same. Hence requested him for a Formal mail to proceed with the Refund Process.

This is in reference to the Consumer Complaint dated 21/07/17 regarding the issue raised by our Customer Ms. Archana Ravi on Tax Calculation.
Based on our earlier communication, we would like to confirm that the Refund amount of Rs. 2000/- has been transferred to the Customer’s Bank account on 19-Aug-17 against the Sales Order Number RY/0275/17-18.
Hence we are closing the complaint at our end.
