I place my order on 23 may.. But still not completed after 2 months, in that issue order has bin cancel on 1 august. As refund amount in 7 to 10 working days. But still my amount not refunded.
Lot of time call to his customer care but some time we get my call.. But now customer care no also not connecting.

    I have placed an order for a bar cabinet for which i have paid in advance 13130 rupees.
    The order was placed on 11th August and post that there is no update from them. I have tried contacting them on based on all the details mentioned on their website.
    none of there numbers are valid and some are coming as switched off.

    I feel that i have been cheated.
    Need my refund.

    My order number #OD[protected] placed on 11th August is not available and they were waiting for me to complain to offer me a refund.

    After posting the review i get a call from a number +91 [protected]. The guy says he is calling from refund department and want to know my debit card number along with CVV number.
    he says he can refund my money on my debit card number.

    These guys are fraud and are fooling customer. I asked him to reverse the charges on my credit card and he says he cannot do that and instead of that he is insistent on asking my debit card details along with CVV number.

    These guys are cheating us. I will lodge an official police complaint if they dont return my money in next 48 hours.
    Also, it is so fishy that when i am calling back on that number it is coming switched off with no identity even on tru caller.
    All number mentioned on the website are also in correct. They are absolutely fooling people.

      I bought wooden furnitue ( wooden chest of drawers and wooden frame with mirror)after enquiring from mebelkart cutomer care.detatails are: 1.ordered furniture on 25 july. 2. Delivery was due on 22 august. 3.till today i did not know whether my order has been shipped or not. 4. I am trying to contact them by phone no they provided on their website.also i mail them several time.everytime they mail back a ticket no.with mesaage that thier customer agent will contact me. 5. Till date i have no information.. 6.their app on mobile also not working. Plesae help me.

        I have paid in advance for 2 sheesham king size bed.
        They got deliver like 15-20 days ago but no one has turned up for assembling.
        I have raised the complain already then got a call from your excutive.
        They were suppose to turn up in 2 days. Buy again no one came for assembling.

        All your customer care numbers are always switched off.

        No one replies to any of my mails and it shows my account has been suspended.

          I'm trying to be polite all this time. Where is my money? Where is my product? How dare can you get my money and not respond? Cant reach you people at all. Is this how you treat people? There are many victims like me still suffering to get their money back. I want my money back. Or deliver the product. Atleast respond to this complaint and let me know about anythng that you want to let me know. I dont want to threaten, but if i dont get any call from you people within 24 hrs, i'll definitely take some serious actions.

            My order #OD[protected] placed on 27th June for a sofa set for which i paid full amount thru net banking.
            It has not even been shipped as yet though almost 2 months have passed since i placed the order.The customer care number is unreachable and my mails are not answered.How to file a complaint against this company?Though they respond immediately to the emails sent bu me but its of no use as they have not even shipped the product so far.It is highly likely that it could be a farud company who are after our hard earned money.
            I dont know how to get in touch with them as the phone number given on the web site are unreachable!

              I ordered 3 items with order-id, [protected] from www.mebelkart.com on 17th July, 2016 by doing an online payment of rs. 38, 976/-.

              Items are:
              1. wood side board (brown) by cactus (f1130) - 1 number
              2. snout mango wood hutch cabinet (natural) - 2 numbers

              As per the online status, all were supposed to reach us on 12th Aug, 2016. I have not received the products yet even after raising support-tickets and calling them up over phone (once). There are no updates to the support ticket on the status of delivery. I am not able to reach them over phone, as all the customer care numbers are non-operational. i am surprised and afraid whether my money is siphoned off. this is very unprofessional from Mebelkart front on customer-service. please take necessary actions for the same.

              Status is no longer getting updated, and now they have disabled my support-account to post any further query regarding status. It shows "Your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator". Could you please take necessary action on them to refund my full money with interest with additional compensation (as fine) of Rs. 10, 000/- as those prices of those products have gone up in other sites from where I have to buy them now?

              I have done the transaction using my HDFC credit card. Please let me know, how the refund with compensation can happen at the earliest.

              But still there is no call from them. Please let me know, what is the next step. It is worrying me a lot. I need my full money to be refunded at the earliest. I would like to put a fine amount f Rs. 10, 000/- on top of my full refund. Please do the needful.

                I ordered two TV units on August 4th (Order #[protected]) and paid Rs. 21, 958. The product has not been delivered. I submitted two complaint tickets and never heard from the company. I found a customer care number online and it has been disconnected. I tried to submit another support ticket and I have locked out of my account. How can a company take my money, not deliver a product and not respond? I have no idea how this company is still in business and why the government has not shut them down.

                  Mebelkart is fooling everybody, taking full/ partial payment from the consumers and not delivering the products or not refunding the money. This is high time. May be it is Rs 1 or Rs 1 lakh, no one in the world should have the guts to cheat you, atleast online. The company has been formed to cheat people. Where is my Rs 1, 500/- or my product. Uncontactable since 12.08.2016. No mobile nos. are getting connected. I don't know when we write our reviews/issue, they read also or not, SHAMELESS. They don't have any fear of INDIAN ADMINISTRATION or GOD. Clappings for the whole team from 0-100. And of course congratulations also to the whole team for showing continuous cheating capabilities at full km/hr.

                    If you want to get taste of what online scam and cheat means like, then order from mebelkart.com, I ordered a tv unit on 27th of July, the order number is [protected], I have emailed them several times and tried to call them but no replies or receives calls.

                    The product was supposed to be delivered by now, but nothing is being updated online on there website, I don't understand, how can be a company whose CEO keeps on blabbering online about himself and his company so much, is this careless about his own company's bad workflows, at least they should have a courtesy of calling there client and let them assure, right now I am feeling like person who is been cheated big time with big mouthed startup.

                    If any one is thinking of buying online from this company, then please don't make the same mistake, they will take your money and will get vanish in thin air.

                    God knows what happened to my money and my product.

                        I have given one order of center table (product no.-mk311725mk000008) vide order id: [protected] on 12.08.2016 by way of making partial payment of rs 1, 500/-. the site is still showing expected shipping date between 16-18.08.2016 and however today is 24.08.2016. i'm trying the phone nos. [protected] and [protected] since last 10 days but the nos. are not reachable. i have given complaint in mebelkart website for early correspondence and received one mail that i'll receive phone regarding my query. however, i didn't receive any call. i re-mailed regarding the same, but didn't received any response. if i won't be able to call them, how will i come to know the status of my product. truly unprofessional behavior and attitude. better to close the business, so that the new people checking the website should not feel cheated. atleast convey me that, you won't be able to process the order and kindly refund the money (rs 1, 500/-).

                        Just now opened my Consumer forum id and surprised to see that my complaint has been marked as resolved. What is this?? No phone call received or email received from Mebelkart. It is a cheater company.                           I have returned the damaged product and it's been more than 2 months that i haven't received the refund. I have been writing tirelessly at [protected]@mebelkart.com since last 2 months. Every time i was being assured that the amount will be refunded in 7 -10 working days but it hasn't been done till now. I would like to know the exact address of mebelkart to file a police complain as i have been subjected to complete harassment in the process. Online fraud company... This needs to stop and everyone needs to share their experience over facebook and wherever they are putting their adds to promote them.

                            Part reached 2 month later booking date. But the parcel is not complete. Most of the parts are not available. I send him the images. Then he reply they will send it.                               I booked bunk bed, [protected] on may 5th, received it after 43 days in broken condition on june 18th, i immediately informed them with pictures. Till date they did not pick it up, as they they need to pack it too so that courier can send it. I tried to get in touch with through customer care calls and emails. They gave me a number [protected], they received it month back and informed me that they will resolved it soon. But now nobody is picking it up.
                              I lost my 42, 791 in this transaction. Kindly help.

                                I placed an order for a three seater sofa with order id: [protected] (1 item) - dt: 2nd August 2016. The price of the sofa is 30, 000 and I paid Rs.10, 200 as partial payment through debit card and status of the order is still the same and its showing that the product is still in processing. I'm trying to call them for the past 20 days and there is no response at all. No one is picking up the call and no response for my complaint mails. Product is not getting shipped nor am I getting any kind of refund as on dated 22nd August 2016. Kindly request you to do the needful and get the product to me or make them refund my money.                                   I ordered a bookshelf on 10th july 2016 (Order no [protected]) and paid online for ithe (Rs 6250). The product has been denied delivery from their end and they promised refund within 10 to 15 days. The customer care nos don't work, noone replies to the mails and the money hasn't been still refunded. It's a horrible company to deal with. Pls help me resolve my issue.

                                    Delivery dates have already crossed due-dates - as per the attached images on status.
                                    It is not resolved yet. Request you to take corrective measures. None has called me from Mebelkart till yet. I need my money back in full with Rs. 10, 000 fine.

                                        I have returned an item for which i paid 40000/- and the customer care told me that they would deduct 20% of the amount as return cahrges. I agreed and now i got a message saying they have initaited a transcation of 24, 000/- which i have not received yet.
                                        They deducted 16000/- which is blatant theft, when it is clearly written in their web site policy that the deduction is 20%.
                                        I have not seen such an irresponsible online company. Their customer care no is always busy for the last one week and no one replies to online compaint system. Is this company legal? I am totally unsatisfied with this company and serioulsy wonder how such a company is allowed to run.
