It was confirmed and approved by the seller on 18th may
I waited for the product through out may... no response

Then contacted customer service center on june 6th
Ame pre-formatted mail to wait till 10-15days.

Waited till june end!! no respose

Then contacted customer service center on july 1 st
Ame pre-formatted mail to wait till 10-15days.

Waited till july 15!! no respose

Then shocked to see the same product with an increased price. price almost doubled and seller still ships to my city... but mebelkart says "due to seller concern in shipping" and bluntly responded to cancel the order!

I deny the cancellation and asked the reason. but no reply
Cancelled the order by themselves on july 25
And updated status as order cancelled by buyer (oh its me?? the buyer??)

There are hundreds of site that sells product online. but y i choose your site? reason is the better offer.. but in that name you got my money for three months. and you guys simply earn from these fake promises.

We ordered products on emi which is nearly 14 percent for three months? who is responsible for that money?

    Order id : [protected] this is my order on "prelaminated brooke tv cabinet (black)", i ordered on may 4th 2016, and they promised the shipment before 27th may of 2016, and today is 26th july, i'm still waiting for the shipment itself. i called customer care many times for several times and everyone from there saying me to wait for another 15 days. i lost my patience. and i have ticket id for my complaints and still they are asking me to wait for an month. please do action for this,

      The complaint was registered on 15th July, 2016, but till the date they haven't given any proper response for the issue. Instead they sent me the image of the signature which wasn't signed by me. And the delivery date of the product is shown on the day when I wasn't available at my place.
      For every query mail which I am sending, they comes back with same response mail that they need 48 HOURS to resolve the issue but they never contacted me via mail or call within that time. This has happened for multiple mails and still they haven't replied or taken any action on this.

      As per them, the product was delivered to me. How can Mebelkart deliver the already paid item to someone else. It's like they didn't even delivered it and faked my signature on the delivery receipt.

      FORGING the signature is a criminal offence. And I'm looking forward to take actions against Mebelkart.

            It was only few weeks back after repeated reminders, the company informed me that my order got cancelled.
            Still shamelessly, they have not refunded my money!!!

              When i enquired them on july 11th they said "everything is done. Product will be delivered shortly". On july 13th also same reason was given. But on july 14th they cancelled my order by saying procurement issue.

              If there is a procurement issue, why did they accept my order?
              If there is a procurement issue, how the same product is still available?
              If there is a procurement issue, why didnt they inform within a week and why did they take 40 days to say procurement issue?
              And 11th i got an answer after i follow up with them.
              Why did they hold my money for 40 days? And who will pay me the interest for 40 days?

              I didnt want to hear any order cancellation at the end as surprise so i informed them that too.

              And i had a good offers in other site but i missed out. All happened because of mebelkart cheating behaviour.

              If i had known this i wouldnt have bought it.
              My claim is that i had lost around 30 thousands only because of mebelkart. Thats the reason i was keep on following up with them but finally what i dont want to happen had happened.

                I purchased a table with them for 5600 rs and paid with credit card. they did not processed my order for another month. when i asked what happened they said, there is some problem with vendor and they will assign it to another vendor. again after a week or so they said we can not process your order after more than a month i paid with my credit card i can not pay that amount if it is to be refunded but that amount is still not refunded and for something i never received i have to pay 600 as tax to my credit card company
                O i have no product, money is not refunded and that to it have to pay tax for this service i never availed. they do not even bothered to contact you themselves, only you have to take pain and ask what is happening.

                  I placed an order on may 8th, 2016 via mebelkart.com. The item has not been delivered, when checked they keep saying it will take 10 to 15 days. When i requested for cancel & refund, there is no response from them. I see lot of such complaints for mebelkart in this forum. Please take necessary action to close this firm, so others are not fallen pray to this scam.

                    Order id: [protected] (4 items) (worth rs. 4, 676) placed through online furniture market www. mebelkart com on 3 may, 2016.

                    I have placed order for 4 pieces of attractive fabric visitor chair (multicolor) by regent seating collection through www.mebelkart.com website for a total amount of rs.4, 647/- (rupees four thousand six hundred and forty seven only). they have accepted the orders and accordingly debited the amount from my credit card.

                    Since there were no updates on this order i emailed and called their customer care number ([protected]) many times.

                    After multiple calls and multiple email, i was told that the order was handed to the courier company for delivery. however, i called them after 10 days and they asked me to wait for another 2-3 days. after that, they never updated me the status and said will return a call and let me know the status.in the follow-up calls, they said they will refund if the items are not delivered in 10 days.

                    Finally, today (ramesh, cce) said, since the order is hand-over to courier company, they will not refund the amount and they refuse to give me the courier tracking number. the executive ends the calls abruptly.

                      I had placed an order for 4 door HOUSEFUL WARDROBE from Mebelkart on 26th Jan 2016 and they delivered it to me on or after 25th Feb 2016 after calling them for more than 20 to 25 times.

                      When I opened the package, I came to know that it's not a HOUSEFUL BRAND WARDROBE and it was a Local manufacturer made wardrobe, which the supplier whom Mebelkart had placed the order had agreed that its not HOUSEFUL WARDROBE he also said that it's manufactured by him only.

                      When I raised this issue upon knowing Mebelkart people didn't respond for my complaint and whenever I called their customer care, everytime there was a new executive and I explained my problem to almost 20 to 25 people amongst the Mebelkart executives but I had not clear solution.

                      So, I have raised a dispute with my credit card bank saying that I have received a duplicate product, so now citi bank are also investigating the case. But, still Mebelkart are not responding.

                      I have received a mail from Mebelkart yesterday saying that they cannot refund my money without any reasons.

                      So, I would like to request you to take an immediate action against MEBELKART.

                        its nothing like what they say on their website.

                        I guess thats why they don't have a review column.

                        they ll put big names on the products and send you china stuff.

                        And no matter how many times you call them,

                        theyll keep confusing you giving different numbers

                        and making you wait saying they are figuring out things.

                        please don't waste your money buying stuff from Mebelkart.

                          Hi,
                          I have had the worst experience ordering these 3 beds from mebelkart. Up until now, not all 3 of the beds are delivered.

                          It is the worst procedure to pay rs 1 to place an assembly request. I live internationally and none of my international credit cards are accepted. I had a big challenge purchasing online using my brother in laws's credit card to purchase these. Then should i ask my bil again to purchase assembly request of rs 1.

                          I have to literally force the mebelkart person to accept my assembly request over the phone.

                          When all this can be avoided and done by an answering machine like pepperfry does.

                          I have done a 100 international calls and about a dozen emails... Where even up until now i am suffering to get things done.

                          The search and filter is very poor and does not give accurate results.

                          My shipping address cannot be edited.. Always need to create a new one. Cannot edit my registered phone number and have it replaced with another. Delivery guys keep calling the dis-activated number.

                          Totally put off by the whole procedure and your service.

                            I ordered (A) one carpet and (B) one teak wood coffee table from mebelkart on 17th may, 2016 (Order id #[protected])

                            The carpet was delivered on 24th may, 2016. It had the following defects:
                            1) some parts were defective, threads torn apart.
                            2) some parts are discolored

                            After following up with the company on 9th june, 2016 i opened a ticket (Ticket number #59352) on condition to pickup the carpet for either replacement. The teak wood coffee table was not yet delivered till then.

                            Company have picked it up from my house. Still i haven't received any replacement or refund amount or any other further communication regarding this. There are no response from the support persons no matter how many times i call.

                            Next, the coffee table i ordered under the same order id was delivered 16th june, 2016. (Please note here that i was not able to raise a different ticket for this defective coffee table as i ordered it together with the carpet and the order id is same!!). It had the following issues:

                            1. First of all, this is not teak wood as the order details show!!
                            2. One stool has a dent on the side panel, underneath the cushion. Also, a leg is having a piece of wood chipped off.
                            3. The other stool has a leg completely dis-joined. Moreover, someone tried to fix that up!! I can see 2 screw holes!!
                            4. There is crack underneath the central joint of the table
                            5. Also, there are multiple dents and wood piece chipped off from several parts of the table

                            Initially, the support person once vendor confirms that the product was defective then only refund can be arranged.
                            Now, after multiple mails and calls, none of them are having any minimum responsibility to address the issue. The defective table is neither picked up for replacement nor are the company arranging for any refund. As per current situation, the carpet they took back is also neither replaced nor was the money refunded.

                            This is simple and plain cheating!! Please take some serious step against this fraudulent company!!

                            After complaint, Mebelkart informed me that, they will give some response within 48 hours, but it's been 5days, I have not received any response from them other than "Sorry for the inconvenience"!!!

                                  Seller has send defective products which was returned by another customer (Please refer ekart return bill was exist in packing bag). So i don't have trust on mebelcart products and i want my money as refund. So please do necessary arrangements for defective item return ang give my money back. Very bad experience while purchasing item first time on mebelcart.

                                    I have placed an order for easy chair with order id: [protected] (1 item) - dt: 1st june 2016, and i paid rs. 1679/- through credit card and status of the order is still the same and its showing that the product is yet to be shipped. After 3 email complaints and 4 complaints to their costumer care they haven't resolved the issue till now.                                       I have ordered bed & mattress together from mebelkart of order no - od[protected] and had been delivered but the bed size is not as per order due to which my mattress size is not matching with bed. Contacted help desk 2 times and they told me to generate a ticket and will be replied. Generated a ticket (No - 63238) and i received reply from mr. Yogendra to send me the product photos & order number to check about the product & concern team will advise. Awaited for 2 days no reply then send reminder 2 times no reply and then tried to contact help desk for solution also asking about the details, given but answer is will be replied within 48 hrs and concern team will advise you but no reply. Again try to contact but after 1st full ring its not reachable. Now i'm helpless don't know how to contact as i'm not getting any reply also cannot reach mobile. This is my first order and hopefully will not go for any order in future by online especially to mebelkart. I'm getting frustrated seeing without response and i don't know how comes such bull & irresponsible people are working in the mebelkart and they are about to sell their products by online without any taking care of customers delivery & feedback from them that delivered product is correct or not and how was their service.

                                        Hi,

                                        I placed an order with Order ID [protected].
                                        This had 3 products -
                                        1 - Florida Particle Board Bed Side Table
                                        2 - Mango Wood Coffee Table Ct 2258
                                        3 - Merlin Wall Unit (Brown)

                                        I have no response or update on item 2 and 3. The expected shipping date of the item 2 was more then a week back. But it has not been shipped yet.
                                        I have tried to get update on it multiple items from them over their support email and also I have tweeted multiple times on their twitter page. Each time I get a response that they are working on it and need more time.
                                        This is no significant update as its already weeks late. I ordered the item a months back, they promised to ship it after 2 weeks but now its been 3 weeks.

                                        I have already paid online the entire amount, I asked them to cancel the order if they cannot give an update, I cannot just keep on waiting for several weeks for the items but they did not respond this time.
                                        This is causing me mental trauma and I feel helpless. I even tweeted to their CEO but again the company reflect the qualities of its leader. No response either from him.

                                        Please take strict action against this fraud company.
