Med Life — cancelled my appointment by starving me for 12 hours

I booked appointment for blood check with med life on 22nd oct 2019 for saturday 26th morning at 7 am today. I even booked the similar test around 3 months back also and received the report in my mail.
For this i was on the empty stomach from yesterday evening 6pm. I even made the call yesterday for the confirmation to med life, they told me that the person will visit tomorrow morning between 6.30am to 7am to collect the blood sample. They even provided me that person contact number also.
So today morning at 7 am also no one has turned up to my place and not received any call from that person so i made call to him and asked when he is going to come at my place. He replied that i didn't asigned any visit to your place as i am on the leave today. So i again called to med life for checking whether they had allotted visit to another person. But i got shocking reply that they had cancelled my appointment without informing me and gave me the reason that this is non servicable area. I asked them, how could you cancelled such appointment without intimation? They just saying sorry for this.
I was on empty stomach more than 12 hours and when i called them that time they are telling me that the appointment is cancelled! How could they behave like this being in the medical field and just saying sorry will resolve my issue?
What if something happens to me meanwhile? Who will be responsible for it? Who will bare that loss?
I am requesting you to take strict action against such medical practices.
