Med Life — flouting all rules of pharma regulators

I ordered medicines from medlife but the company gave me wrong bill with many issues
(1) patient name is wrong on bill despite uploading prescription
(2) no doctor name mentioned on bill despite uploading prescription
(3) there is no stamp put on computer generated bill
(4) bill signed by pharmacist but no mention of his registeration number
(5) noone from medlife checked hard copy of my prescription which is against govt rule.
(6) i spoke to nidhi sharma at medlife and she says they are not sure whether they put medlife stamp on bill. This is first time someone raising it.
The company is flouting all rules and still selling medicines?
