I placed an ordee of Rupees 799
On may 22 it was supposed to arrive on june 1 but it arrived on June 10 and the product i received was not the product i ordered so i placed an return it was picked up on 12th june and it showed that the product was received at the warehouse and it's been 10 days i haven't received my refund please do something, i even sent emails to med life They said that their team is working on it but i haven't still...

I booked appointment for blood check with med life on 22nd oct 2019 for saturday 26th morning at 7 am today. I even booked the similar test around 3 months back also and received the report in my mail.
For this i was on the empty stomach from yesterday evening 6pm. I even made the call yesterday for the confirmation to med life, they told me that the person will visit tomorrow morning between 6.30am to 7am to collect the blood sample....

I am debasis senapati. I was ordering madicine through medlife on 11 july and made payment on 12th july through phone pe. There was a offer when you ordering more than rs750/-then you got rs100/- cashback on phone pe. (The offer is available on both phone pe and medlife). After ordering i can not get any cash back. I ordered medicines from medlife but the company gave me wrong bill with many issues
(1) patient name is wrong on bill despite uploading prescription
(2) no doctor name mentioned on bill despite uploading prescription
(3) there is no stamp put on computer generated bill
(4) bill signed by pharmacist but no mention of his registeration number
(5) noone from medlife checked hard copy of my prescription...

I would call them # that too would be a decent word for them as they were cancelling the order repeatedly 3 times stating " hamare pharmacist ko maza nai aaya aapka order mei" that means our pharmacist didnt fancy your order or didn't find it interesting enough... Can you please tell me what to say after this comment... It's an emergency medicine ordered for 3 times all the medicine were explained for 45-60 minutes and...
