Medi Assist — delay in getting reimbursement amount

My claim no is 16576746
It's going to be one year approx but till now there is no progress in reimbursement of mediclaim. Even though i have submitted each and every documents relevant to this, but not yet processed. People have faith on your company if you are not going to help us on time then who will take your policy and why we will rely on health insurance company.
Kindly do needful as soon as possible and request you to act immediately.
