I am registered with MEDI ASSIST past 2years. Under the Corporate policy, Spouse and 1 Kids and parents as additional dependants are registered along with me. Claim No :[protected] Policy:[protected] Admitted Hospital name : Narayana hrudhyalaya Patient name : R S Subramanniyan Claim ID:[protected] Member ID : [protected] Insurer I'd: MEMBER32584 Treatment Date : 03-July-2022 to 05-June-2022 Ailment Summary. : Atherosclerotic hear disease Claimed Amount : Rs. 158046 Patient Name : R S SUBRAMANNIYAN Hospital : NARAYANA HRUDHYALA MYSORE We had initiated the reimbursement process and provided all the documents, responded to multiple annoyed queries and still after so many days of back and forth, Medi Assist moved the claim to "Repudiated - awaiting insurer concurrence" state. There is no clear explanation why the claim was moved to this status, what else they need from us. We have mailed them many times, calling on numbers which apparently not usefull till now. The documents are clear and valid . I am really disappointed and frustrated at this time as Medi Assist customer and no reply via email. I got message in my mediassist app from customer care on 6/08/2022 like below 1. Treatment irrelevant to disease for which admitted What do they mean by that? The documents are clear and valid . I am really disappointed and frustrated and no reply via email. After following all treatment process/protocol, uploading all docs, provided all queries response via original documents and finally, MEDI ASSIST company is saying that from our side, claim's is Repudiated but we are still awaiting insurer concurrence Please help me for this problem Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 7, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Company mediassist are not taking any steps to resolve just they are dragging the claim for the purpose of repudiation .I spoken with the customer care several times each customer care gives different reasons for repudiation and some told it's not active line of treatment and it's not 24 hrs treatment it's just investigation they told .
In discharge summary itself clearly sent the Date of admission and date of discharge
