I have made the payment of Rs: 43279 for the policy continuity (Policy ID[protected] on 30/8/2022, but the agent has not shared the enrollment email and ID cards, after many follow ups I haven't received any response from him. In the portal, I see that the policy has expired. I am not getting proper service and it is always an issue. Please get me the ID card details asap, since I need to book an appointment for my father. Also, my fathers name was printed partially on last year's ID card. His full name is Krishnamoorthy Ondiveerasamy, I hope you will take care of this issue. Was this information helpful? |
