    Medi Asist TPA is not resolving this ticket and if they have resolved this ticket, they are not conveying the details of the resolution. They are also informing me that they will reply to my mail dated 22/06/2021 in 2 working days. But that is also not happening.

    They have also informed that the issue has been sent to insurer. But insurer is also not responding.

    Worst experience with Medi Assist TPA who are not transparent in communication and flagrantly violating IRDA norms set for settlement of claims.

    Claims are rejected for reasons that do not fit into the rejection criteria and cases rejected are a fit case for referring this matter to IRDA at the time of renewal of license of Medi Assist TPA.

      Hello Team,

      I have a Medical insurance from my mother with New India Assurance company and the TPA is Mediassist. On 19th June 2021 my mother was admitted in Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad and they have submitted a Cashless Preauthorization request on 20th June 2021. Today is 24th June 2021 and still haven't received any response from Mediassist. Due to this Apollo Hospitals is asking me to make a cash payment.

      This is gross negligence on Mediassist part. I have logged a complaint with them on 21st June 2021(Ticket #: [protected]), nothing was done so far and it has been 3 days since.

      I spoke to two individuals Priyadarshini and Siddhewar on 23rd June and 24th June respectively and they assured that the case will be resolved within few hours but due to their utter irresponsibility neither an update nor resolution was provided to me till date.

      This is putting a lot of pressure on my entire family during this pandemic times. Kindly looking into this matter on priority.

        My husband Sh. DEEPAK BALWANI was expired in this Covid-19 wave on[protected] during under treatment at hospital. I have submitted his medical expenses reimbursement claim form along with all required documents and bills on[protected] through post at your Kolkata office. But further till date I have not received the status of claim. I have no income source and I have urgent need of money. So kindly release the payment immediately update the status.

          I have send all claim-related documents of the reports, bill recipts, medical prescription from the doctor in the tool. Also, I have emailed all documents to Medi Assist Team via email documents is pending.

          During the Claim Processing below finding Medi Assist Team have found and informed to Insurer via email as below.

          Kindly provide qualified Dr signature with stamp, x-ray report, orignal bill with stamp and signature etc... Continue received
          RESPONSE from me: send again thru courier Original bill duly signed by Dr. And signature on same also sent via email

          RESPONSE from me- I have send all the documents with duly signed by Dr with stamp.

          I have provided all claim-related document in PDF format via Email, Responded to all Claim related queries to MEDI ASSIST Team.

          After following all treatment process/protocol, uploading all docs, provided all queries response via original documents and finally, MEDI ASSIST company is saying that from our side, claim's is in information awaited still.

            I have applied for a claim, every 5 days they will ask to submit the document, i will submit with in an hour, again after 5 days they will ask for the same document. i called the customer support and asked them to verify they confirmed all the documents are correct. It means very clear who is checking the document is not doing there job properly. simply keeping the claim for 5 days and 6 th day again they will copy paste the same sentence saying to upload the right documents. work stafs if the meddi assist management is not taking care of this then very soon they will be moved out of the insurance service provides.
            evey one should complaining to the insurance company about medi assist service provider then only they will do there work properly.
            WORST MANAGEMENT, WORST SERVICE, VERY LATE IN PROCESS, WORKS CUSTOME CARE.
            Never take any premium from this company and also circulate to all your friends and relatives

              Claim no.[protected]. The amount of INR 5172 was deducted from claim against hospital discount. At the time of hospitalisation medi assist person was clearly told that this hospital was not cashless and so he created reimbursement intimation with unique ID 839564 . Also when we ask to hospital during hospitalisation about network hospital and for cashless facility, hospital also refused for the same. The hospital was clearly mentioned about non network hospital in insurance claim form Part B, which was already submitted to you. When we enquiries in detail in hospital then the hospital administration said that our earlier claims was not settle smoothly with United India insurance company so we are reluctant for cashless.
              So my kind request, pl refund my amount which was deducted against hospital discount.

                Dear Team, i have submitted physical claim documents of my claim No.24702101 to mediassist Team, BANK, BANDRA and i received message like

                "Dear Divakara Nayak, We acknowledge the receipt of your claim documents on 21/May/2021 09:52. Tracking Number for your reference is MUM01323138."

                I already send breakup bills for
                Rs 1, 85, 139/- that is not scanned and uploaded in portal by our team at bandra office,

                Now asking through query, what should i do?

                How should i submit the documents which is already at our office?

                I really suffering now by choosing mediassist reimbursement facility because mediassist is complete careless and irresponsible towards reimbursement claims?

                Queries raised on 26/05/2021

                Traveled 150kms and collected documents from hospital and uploaded on 26/05/2021

                But same queries raised again on 28/05/2021 with out checking uploaded documents!

                Again query raised on 31/05/2021 and playing with me !!

                i also send original CT SCAN report and film, lab report and many other documents regarding my treatment but only few documents are scanned and asking again and again for processing my claim.

                i am not yet well and discharged from hospital & hospital staff also not cooperating after discharge due to busy in pandemic time.

                please don't bother me by asking already submitted documents.

                kindly coordinate with Mediassist, , Bandra office team where all my documents are their and kindly process my claim.

                Dear sir,
                This is brijesh wodeyar working at karnataka gramin bank raised reimbursement claim with claim no:26376547 for accident case.. They are asking original MLC & investigation reports, but hospital administration gave only xerox copies by giving reason its MLC case.. Original bills, discharge summary & xray copy sent already.
                Still Medi Assist asking original MLC & other investigation reports.. otherwise they will repudiate my claim

                  I was having billing issue with hospital's unfair practices and sought mediassist help to resolve the matter before they settle the amount with hospital. I sent formal email, called at least 8 to 10 times in span of 3 weeks and everytime i had to wait in call for 15-20 mins just to hear back that they have escalated the issue and someone will call or respond to email...no one called back. Finally one day i called and was there in call for more than 1 hr insisting the rep to connect with escalation manager and she finally spoke and told if by tomorrow no one called, she (her name is ramya) will call me. I called her next day as no one called and she told rep that she works in 12pm-9pm and she will call but never bother to . Horrible company, horrible staff, horrible customer service. Utter disregard to customers time and concerns.

                    Worst App, Worst Support team, worst backend technical team. I have tried ordering around 6-7 medicine orders on app provided I am having full balance in domiciliary wallet but each & everytime the order is getting cancelled. I have called customer care many times and emailed them but no use they are simply resolving my ticket stating " Due to technical issue, try to order again" and "Update your App & try again". Its unfortunate that TCS tied up with them.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MEDIBUDDY AT ALL !!

                          I Purchased Lupicure-TG from locally and ordered other medicines from Mediassist. When I received the tablets MRP IS 10% higher than local rate want to know the reason how in same country two different MRP for same medicine

                            My mediassist claim id is CCN# 22357093 and #22357132.
                            I filed this claim in July 2020. At first both claims got repudiated because of non-availability of settlement letter from my Spouse insurer. I received the letter in Oct and same time I requested to re-open the claims. I have sent the original copies of the medical bills, lab report, prescription by courier along with the settlement letter also. Post that in app I can see that...

                            Hi,
                            I had booked some lab tests, order ID: 3923415.
                            The sample collection had not taken into process even after waiting of 48 hours. I cancelled my tests on 24th April and ask them to initiate the refund process.
                            Till now I have call so many times but still they are not refunding my money.

                            Every time you call, they will have some readymade answers like "Sorry, I'm initiating the refund process in highest priority" that's it. Nothing else.

(waiting period is 1 year for claim). But my policy is of 1 year 6 months. Operation done after 1 year 6 months policy period.

                              I submitted the Claim documents with in the prescribed time limit.

                              Hi,

                              I have booked an appointment on 27th Feb, 2021 with appointment ID : 4504212 and 4504215 after paying INR 8000 (IMPS Ref. No :[protected] on 25th Feb 2021. After reaching to center, it has been found that some of the committed tests are not happening. Hence, I have cancelled that appointment on 27th Feb, 2021; however, i still did not get any refund from you.
                              It has been more than month and I am still waiting for a refund. Please process the refund as soon as possible

                                MediAssist TPA Insurance company denying hike to its all employees for the last 2 years and stating that due to pandemic situation couldn't be able to give and that too its a insurance TPA company for the corporates but rest of the non-insurance sector companies are offering lot to their employees.

                                Actually they were waited for the news COVID wave-2 to say excuse to their employees.

                                  I raised for reimbursement after the hospitalization. And the reimbursement raised on March 18, 2021 but still any updates from medibuddy. And I have contacted through their email complaints and customer care service. They said they have forwarded the request to the concerned team but still no response for more than 10 days.

                                  Also I have submitted the complainant through the medibuddy app, but there is no response for more than a month.
