Dear Team, i have submitted physical claim documents of my claim No.24702101 to mediassist Team, BANK, BANDRA and i received message like
"Dear Divakara Nayak, We acknowledge the receipt of your claim documents on 21/May/2021 09:52. Tracking Number for your reference is MUM01323138."
I already send breakup bills for
Rs 1, 85, 139/- that is not scanned and uploaded in portal by our team at bandra office,
Now asking through query, what should i do?
How should i submit the documents which is already at our office?
I really suffering now by choosing mediassist reimbursement facility because mediassist is complete careless and irresponsible towards reimbursement claims?
Queries raised on 26/05/2021
Traveled 150kms and collected documents from hospital and uploaded on 26/05/2021
But same queries raised again on 28/05/2021 with out checking uploaded documents!
Again query raised on 31/05/2021 and playing with me !!
i also send original CT SCAN report and film, lab report and many other documents regarding my treatment but only few documents are scanned and asking again and again for processing my claim.
i am not yet well and discharged from hospital & hospital staff also not cooperating after discharge due to busy in pandemic time.
please don't bother me by asking already submitted documents.
kindly coordinate with Mediassist, , Bandra office team where all my documents are their and kindly process my claim.

Medi Assist India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is brijesh wodeyar working at karnataka gramin bank raised reimbursement claim with claim no:26376547 for accident case.. They are asking original MLC & investigation reports, but hospital administration gave only xerox copies by giving reason its MLC case.. Original bills, discharge summary & xray copy sent already.
Still Medi Assist asking original MLC & other investigation reports.. otherwise they will repudiate my claim
