Can i know about claim status weather i will get claim or not. No call i am getting from company from 5days. Even i inform swiggy company during accident time but no help i got from swiggy company and insurance company also. So pls resolve my issue... My mob. Nb is [protected]. My swiggy id is 844610 and medical assist swiggy-[protected] and medi assist i'd -[protected]. My policy nb is[protected]. And i got new mail id from company that is - [protected]@dummy.com but no password i got.

    I swati punasiya w/o ashok punasiya want to raise another issue regarding updation of my last name. My husband works in capgemini, employee id is 173917_acis & we have raised a request regarding change in my last name as per aadhar card but we didn't get any response from your side. Please do the needful as soon as possible as we want the updated ecard as soon as possible because we want to use our policy in december 2019 end or in january 2020 1st week, please find the attachments below that will help you out regarding our issue and also please let us know till which probable date we will get our updated policy and in january 2020 till which date the validity date of policy gets updated.

      Dear sir/mam,

      I devpratap singh chauhan employee of axis bank ltd. We have submitted an pre-post reimbursement of my spouse named rashmi singh. She has admitted due to fever, pain and some other problems in sep/oct month 19 in ravi hospital. But medi assist team has decline my claim and saying that the patients was having another tratement. While we have send the dr prescription paper. And also dr have issued an letter to company and challange them for denial reson/denial treatment reason. But medi assist company has declined my claim. While the similarly treatment was treated at the time of hospitalization.
      So plz help and do the needful.

        I'm disappointed that despite multiple follow ups there is no sence of ownership to acknowledge and revert.

        Even after looping grievance cell, no response recieved do far.

          This is horrible and disgusting situation after which i had to write this complaint. It's been 2 months and i am calling mediassit for 17 times with no luck. Mediassit has misplaced the discharge summary and other relevant documents and now blaming the employee by saying that i have not submitted the documents, when i explained the same for 15 times, no one has responded properly and now they denied the claim saying that i have not submitted the documents. This is worst ever experience i have faced.

            I submitted all the original documents (Bills and receipt) and they missed to scan few document to scan, now they are asking me to resubmit those (Which is with them only) and trying to argue with me saying that i should have had a copy of it, infact all the bills were verified by their agents while submitting and calculated properly with the amount which i had given.

              reimbursement claim settlement problem

              I have submitted my reimbursement claim on 11.09.2019. But till now there is no response. If i am contact their customer care every time they are saying we are escalating your issue so that kindly wait 24 hours like that. But now more that 1 month gone. I have couriered original documents on 03.10.2019 and it has been reached 07.10.2019 but still they are updating my claim status as claim referred for verification....

              I applied for reimbursement in medibuddy... After submitting all documents of rs. 58002 they appove only rs. 49253

              1. Amount deducted rs. 2432 saying 5% of total bill will de deduct for not using cash less
              2. Rs 3465 it claim but they approve only rs. 466. Reply saying twice you apply
              But i apply one once... They provided prove for twice apply... Rs. 2999 deduct amount need to approve

                With due respect on 19th august, 2019 i have submitted my pre hospitalization claim ref no. 98980335 but till now i did not received any money. It is also mentioned that i have contacted with mediassist so many members from august 2019 to till today but everyone is transferred my claim related query to another or said me wait. Since long i have contacted with mss. Debjani but she referred me to mr. Anik for statement matter. From the time of august, 2019 i didn't understand my fault. Now i have to know what is my fault as a sbi genl. Coustomer about my claim settled??

                Sir With due respect that on 20th August, 2019 to till now I have contacted so many no which is given by Medi assist customer center nos and they said me Any problems occurred by The hospital Namely Apollo Hospital, Chennai and said me wait for few days or reffer to other member for taking. Every time asked me the same. For that same my claim didn't Seattle by the authority from long time. It is also mentioned here that Particularly I have contacted with Miss Debjani madam (m/no.9606073615) since August, 2019 to till today and she told me different think about my claim and today she reffered me to Mr. Anik who is looking my claim matter. Today I have failed to contact with him because he didn't received my call which m/no. 7899474353. So I want to raise a complain against them/company for my statement issue. Sir I am waiting for your reply. Thanks

                      22 octomber my sister addmite on your network hospital for cassless claim and medi assist not aprove claim and after paymet medi assist give approval on 26 octomber discharge time. Reammbessment proocess in no any one give me proper information now my 272007rs claim in 2500 rs hospital dicount for cut and now tollfree number on managersaid their money are not giving me so many problem are give me no today almost 1 month complet and not give me proper solution so sove my problem and [protected] contact no no contact me now my claim no is 20915650 so i hope my problem is solve.

                          I had placed medicine orders through medi assist on 7th nov. Order number 2569164 & 2569210. I got calls from your in house doctors and email confirming the orders are placed successfully. However, just a while agao i received 2 mails stating the order is cancelled and will be processed
                          Again.

                          Can someone tell me what is happening and can this be dealt with seriously as its to do with someone's health. I have ordered medicines. If you guys arent interested and you should not keep that as an option. Its been so long and i am still waiting.

                          I need someone to revert on this asap, before i escalate this further.

                                The support provided by mediassist is more than worst and customers executive is not professional at all. They made mistake again and again. Really l doubt how they survive in corporate sector. To settle a claim they took the almost 10 hrs and made 5 times mistake. How can they provide support by doing the silly mistake, they even don't know delhi is metro city.

                                  But the claim is partly paid of, reason is room rent.

                                    Hello,

                                    I am working with veoneer india pvt ltd, bangalore, and i have opted for parental insurance, in addition to the insurance coverage for self, spouse and two children.

                                    My mother was admitted for "amnesia followed by mental stress" and she was given treatment for the same, after doctor's examination, in san joe hospital, perumbavoor, kerala.

                                    I had submitted all the needful documents and bills associated with this to the medi assist team for reimbursement.

                                    But my claim was repudiated/rejected, the reason being stated that, "as per the discharge summary and other hospital documents, there is no active line of management warranting hospitalization and the admission has been sought mainly for investigation and observation. Hence the claim stands repudiated under policy exclusion 20".

                                    But in the documents that i submitted to the concerned team, it is clearly mentioned about the treatment provided for my mother for the diagnosed illness.

                                    Even after submitting the detailed explanation and documents, the reason for the repudiation/rejection of the reimbursement claim seems to be a total surprise for me.

                                    Hence i request the concerned team to look forward into this issue and take necessary action on the reimbursement process.
