Dear Team,

Myself Ranjit Gill I want to know about the Reimbursement of my wife Kirandip kaur. Claim ID is 12089237 & the ID Number is [protected]. I had already submitted all the original bill along with claim form as well as all the documents which you required for Reimbursement which are submitted at your vadodara branch, gujarat on dated 18.02.2016. & i had also contact to your customer care for the same but they told me that they didn't received any claim i had contact at ahmedabad office phone number [protected] i had contact to baroda branch contact number[protected] as well as chennai branch [protected] & [protected] no one pick up the phone and no one respond me

now you are requested to solve this problem at your end as already nearest one month completed.

I hope you resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Reset of login password

    I am trying to reset password by click on "forget password.if i opt for forget password, then it is sending message that the password has been sent via sms and to the email [protected]@ibacan.but the retrieved password has not been sent to my email id namely "[protected]@yahoo.co.in"

    Hi,

    I have a medi assist claim ID because I submitted my hospitalization documents through my employer to get the claim on Jan 27 2016, and the same verified my Mediassit on 1 of Feb and the amount was approved on 4-Feb-2016 but still my amount not settled.

    1. I spoke with Customer care they escalated multiple time but no response
    2. I spoke with One of the manager they said "if you want you can contact Ombudsman or Court"
    3. I spoke with my employer they asking to call CUS
    4. Still the amount was no settled
    5. My insurance company is Oriental Insurance

    Due to some software issue my settlement amount not credited near two months.

    Don't Believe Medi Assist TPA...
    They are FRAUD...
    They are Cheating People
    They are Playing with our Time and Money
    No Proper Response
    No Intimation or Information to the Insurer..

        I am working in Reliance life insurance at hoshiarpur Branch.I have book a medical appointment for Modi nursing home at hoshiarpur. This appointment is book as on date 19.3.2016.This medical appointment is done for sunday mrng.your customer care executive have collected the information about client and tell me that I will give you a tpa code in mrng.As same I update to costumer and call for mrng medical.But I not receive any call from Your side, and client was wait in hospital till afternon.I was lot of calling to your toll free no., But no body pick the phone. This is very poor service provide by you.

              From past 3 days i.e. 1/3/2016 i am struggling to get the cashless claim which is to be approved by MediAssist. but after several followups am getting a single response saying " under process" for which my wife had to remain in hospital although Dr's had discharged her today. now I have to bear another day room rent. this is quite harrasing situation to me Although hospital has submitted all the necessary documents to MediAssist on time.Request you not to go with MediAssist TPA ..

                    In January 2016, I have taken a PNB-Oriental Royal Mediclaim Policy. I understand that Medi Assist India, a third party administrator of mediclaims of PNB-Oriental Royal Mediclaim Policy issues ID Cards for cashless facility. I have not yet got such card. Do I get a cashless ID Card from Medi Assist India. If so when.

They have representatives at corporate offices to collect the documents for Health Insurance Claims. Detailed receipts are not given to the customers after submitting the Documents and Bills. When customers follow-up on reimbursement, either it is delayed or the firm claim that some documents are not submitted.

                        Worst mediclaim company in India. Never reimburses the money. My CCN#11073696 pending since April 2015. They regularly send a letter asking for some or the other thing. I have sent the same documents for 5 times and after that again requiring the same document. I am unable to understand what to do. The call center executive also never tries to resolve the issue. They also say we need the details. If we are asking for 10 times send it 10 times that is your duty. Is there any one to listen.

                            The statement of facts follow: 1. I suffered from heart ache during my stay (At my younger sons home) in bengaluru on 24th may 2015. 2. I was admitted to Yashomati Hospital on same day 24th May 2015 for check up and unfortunately due to non availability of Cardiologist, got discharged on 25th. 3. As advised by Yashomati hospital, I went for Angiography and other tests on 28th may 2015 to SAKARA hospital. 4. As per the report they advised for stent in artery, which we could not do due to some financial reasons and also we were waiting for 2nd opinion from my niece in UK. 5. I went for stent surgery on 2nd of June after arranging finances and receiving the 2nd opinion in SAKRA hospital. 6. After discharge and due rest as advised by doctor, i went back to Jalandhar my permanent address and contacted Oriental Insurance for claim and submitted the documents requested by them in the 1st week of July 2015. 7. I contacted Oriental after 2 months for status and they advised that the claim is being settled by MEDI ASSIST. 8. I submitted further documents in 1st week of October after going through their website. All the documents submiitted were Originals. 9. I sent mails to the grievance department of med iassist but received reply they are going through the process. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROCESS HAS TAKEN MORE THAN 5 MONTHS TILL NOW. 10. Going through the claim tracking, I noticed they are requesting for same documents again. HOW MANY TIME I CAN SUBMIT ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. 11. Self an ailing 69 year old already suffered due to my health condition and so called fast PROCESS as promised during the purchase of policy is no where to be seen. Above facts were forward to IRDA complaint section and subsequent to this mail all the required documents were removed from the site. I received mail today 08/Jan/2016, after I requested for update from medi assist, stating claim has been cancelled due to non-submission of documents, however we were never asked for any more documents officially/verbally or by any means watsoever. We have been requesting for updates of claim by mail regularly and received reply that claim investigation in progress. We have submitted all original documents what we received from hospital. I did not suffer from any ailment before this. I am with my son in UAE to avoid North Indian Summer since Mid November 2015. I request you to intervene and advise further course of action, I am not in possesion of original documents as all have been submitted in Jalandhar branch of Oriental insurance.

                            To add further to above, We have been trying to call Medi Assist by phone but to no avail- It seems that MEDI ASSIST is the leader in harrassing their customer and on noticing couple of complaints, they do not even respond on this forum.
