Medi Assist India — bills are submitted, but unable to get clarity from mediassist on what other documents are pending to process the claim | |||
Mediassist: ccn# 17556981 under policy# 110600/34/18/04/[protected] To provide more clarity: - my mom is admitted to brs hospital on 11th july morning and discharged on 15th july evening. - when we admitted, the hospital was not having the operator for scan, hence doctors suggested to take usg scan from scans world. We took the scan in the scans world and the original bills (Rs.2600) along with original scan reports are submitted for claim. - during this period she had been given 4 units of blood transfusion. For which i have submitted all 3 original bills (Rs, 1300, rs. 1300 and rs. 2600). All the original bills are submitted for claim. - when i checked with the front desk team in chennai office, they said for blood transfusion, the discharge summary which is submitted by hospital as part the claim will be used. So no need of other details. I spoke to mediassist customer care on the clarification requested by you. He is also not clear what details requested for and suggested to write a mail to this id. So i am not sure what other details of the bill receipt is required. It is not clear from the letter and mail sent by your teams. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Sk Azharuddin, Bandhan Bank, emp id[protected] & I had apply my mother medical claim and given all the required documents but still no response till date, Two & half month passed for a genuine claim, Please expedite the matter and do the needful to get the claim soon.My reference No[protected].
