I had raised the above health insurance claim in the month of june. As of now, there is no update on the claim status. Whenever i call the helpdesk team, all they say is this has been already escalated and in 10 days they would be processing the amount and they have been kept repeating the same to me for past 2 months. Its been 8 months so far and i don't understand how much more time it is going to take to process as all the documents are also submitted 7 months back.
