Medi Assist India — claim approved amount is high deducted

This claim is approved but many rupees by deduceted tpa high amount 6245/-rs so reopen my claim this problem regurding i have send mail date:-19/06/2019 04:02pm and his reply no:-[#7411312] but this tpa service is very poor and bad, so help me...
