Hi Kavtha,

As per my discussion with Mani (Medi-Assist Customer Care Officer) on finding the reason for Claim Rejection, came to know that the issue was because the Doctor & Patient names have got interchanged, because of the mistake by Med-Assist agent.

Please find below the names of Doctor & Patient:

Doctor Name: M.S.Rani
Patient Name: ASWANI

Sir, my father kiranmal mehta claim no. 96710017 insurer claim no. TP[protected] member id MEMBER232210 claim approved on dt.31/08/20418 rs 76847.00 but payment not recived
