Medi Assist India — claim not processed 96211462

Myself mayur ramchandra yallurkar, with policy number[protected] have claimed for a bill for the first time with claim number. 96211462.
I was asked to submit additional documents for the same.
I have submitted all required additional documents as per their requirement on 15 th june 2018 by post.
Till today i have not received any update on my claim number nor got any message from mediassist.
I request you to do the needful immediately and serve us better.
