Hi Team,
I submitted the claim form (No[protected] on 13th Jun 2022 to Medibuddy and after a follow-up for 20 days, they confirmed that the claim was approved. However, my payment is not yet done, it's pending past 2 months. I followed up with them on multiple items, however, payment is not done, still, they are saying payment will be done earliest.
This is really disturbing me and I am clueless, how am I going to get my payment? If we delay the payment for insurance, I am sure they will not accept it, then why Medibuddy is delaying our payment?
Please can you check on this?
