I have submitted my claim on 21-11-18 and then till now i have uploaded all the relevant documents but still team is blind and asking for the same documents again and again. I wrote to senior staff but they didn’t responded yet. I called on helpline but system says my claim number is wrong. I called via other help options executive said to contact via email. All together very worst service and improper communication.

Updated by imransayed Even they never contact to guide. If an illiterate person want to know the status then definitely they are cancelling request as illiterate person can’t use login to check status. Medi assist should use phone for communication purpose.
