Medi Assist India — claim status "in progress" from longer time

Branch generated claim on 21-jun-2017 and submitted.

From last one month am getting same reply on tool/branch.

However while calling to customer care [protected], it saying "your claim has been closed due to insufficient documents"

Am bit confused and request to settle my claim at earliest and execute reimbursement.
