Dear Concern, I have applied Claim for my father's Cataract Operations through Medi Assist India. The Claim has been processed & ready for payment since last more than 2 weeks but still the claim is not settled & trying reach the customer service but not proper response or guidance given to me. Kindly help me to get it settled as I need money, going through a financial crisis. Please support, looking forward for positive response.
