Medi Assist India — deduction of major amount from mediclaim policy

I am having a mediclaim policy of national insurance co. I had lodged a reimbursement claim for my mediclaim policy. The claim number is 15800215. The claim was for rs. 8593/-. To my surprise, i have received only rs. 6203/-. Almost 30% amount has been deducted. I am very disappointed with this. You are requested to elaborate the amount. Dear Sir, My Claim approved on dt[protected] and shows status as settled, but still payment is not received to my account.
Please confirm on whose name you have settled the payment. Whether payment is made or not.
