Medi Assist India — delay in processing claim - claim no[protected]

Respected sir,

I would like bring you in your notice that my claim 17962857, submitted to mediassist has been delayed due the mistake of staff. While scanning they have made wrong entry of cheque details and because of that wrong details it has been delayed.

I visited the mediassist ahmadabad office personally and submitted the new cheque again. But even after 10 days i am not getting update.

I would request you to please look into it and do the needful at the earliest
