Dear Sir/Madam, we want to tell that it’s a cashless claim . We informed you at the time of admission in the hospital but you denied for cashless as you promised at the time of renewal… we submitted all documents at that time … we requested many time our policy agent Bajaj capital and your employee to confirm our claim but they didn’t not respond us properly. After that as you asked… we went for reimbursement process… we submitted our all original documents at your office… but now we feel harassment from your side … we paid a high value premium for our policy. You made many commitments and offered at the time of renewal of our policy . But now you are harassing us … my mother is suffering from cancer but you don’t want confirm our claim … we are waiting for 2 month for your approval…
Sir/madam, our policy is vary old . We are paying premium from many years…
we are not so technical… we are villagers… we sent in attachment again the copy of first consultation card … if any doubt… pls contact our Doctor Dr Mukesh Patekar of Fortis Hospital.
Sir/Madam, now, pls don’t harass us more …otherwise, we have no option to go for complain against you to the higher authorities…
