Medi Assist India — mediassist claim reimbursement | |||
Mediassist claim no. 14953059 was approved on 30th July 2017. It has been over 2 weeks now and still the refund amount has not been credited to my account. On following up, they informed the claims have been sent to the insurance company United Insurance Ltd. and they are not responding to the claim refunds. I am planning to raise a Corporate HR complaint informing them about this slack handling of claim reimbursements. Was this information helpful? | |||
